Today is an exciting day for the service industry as we officially combine forces with Service Plus to better serve our customers across the greater Indianapolis area.
While this seems like a big change, Hope Plumbing and Service Plus grew up together, making this a seamless transition. Chris Cunningham, the founder of Service Plus, has been a friend and mentor to us at Hope Plumbing from day one. We often found ourselves calling each other to share ideas, talk through issues, and even lend each other equipment. We helped each other get to where we are today and are excited to grow together as one company.
Service Plus was founded in 2003, and Hope Plumbing shortly after in 2007. Sharing similar values and experiences, our companies were built on the premise that we can make lives better – for our employees, for our customers, and for our community. These values are the foundation for our shared growth.
We will come together with more than 200 employees, 15,000 Service Partner Plan members and the opportunity to create lifelong customers by delivering an exceptional experience in every interaction.
Under the new name of Hope Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling our team will continue to provide the exceptional service that you’ve come to expect from our team. But now, we can assist with any heating and cooling issues that may arise.
