- Provide desktop support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

- Excellent technical knowledge of network and computer hardware, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues, hard drive errors, network drive and printer mapping.

A successful Excavation Helper will be well-organized and detail-oriented. You should have good customer service skills, be able and willing to follow instructions, and be prepared to travel to clients’ homes to complete your work.
- MUST HAVE a clean driving record and have your own transportation
- Assist in completing excavations for residential sewer/water line jobs
- Including but not limited to cutting and assembling pipe fittings
Digging shallow trenches by shovel - Assist in backfill and clean up after sewer is reassembled
- Ability to follow directions well, and demonstrate sound work ethic
- Adhere to safety policies and protocol
