Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by resolving technical issues, assisting users with IT-related problems, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Onboard new employees, including setting up accounts and equipment; distribute and manage team’s iPhones and iPads.
  • Supervise and support all approved software applications.
  • Responsible for keeping computer systems updated with the latest operating system, application patches, and security best practices.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for employees as needed.
  • Act as system admin for technology including Service Titan, Rilla Voice, QuickBooks, and more. You should learn each platform and be able to make recommendations on how to better use each platform.
  • Build internal software as needed.
  • Drive and lead critical IT projects with a strong emphasis on automation, security, and operational efficiency. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Excavation Helper to perform residential sewer/water line repairs and replacements. Most excavations will require the use of heavy machinery. You will NOT need to be skilled on the large equipment, however, knowledge and experience with it is always helpful.

A successful Excavation Helper will be well-organized and detail-oriented. You should have good customer service skills, be able and willing to follow instructions, and be prepared to travel to clients’ homes to complete your work.


Excavation Helper Requirements
  • MUST HAVE a clean driving record and have your own transportation
  • Assist in completing excavations for residential sewer/water line jobs
  • Including but not limited to cutting and assembling pipe fittings
    Digging shallow trenches by shovel
  • Assist in backfill and clean up after sewer is reassembled
  • Ability to follow directions well, and demonstrate sound work ethic
  • Adhere to safety policies and protocol
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical requirements of the position include being able to tolerate working outdoors year-round in elements/weather, lifting, transporting, adjusting heavy objects and equipment 75-100 lbs, bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, reaching; working in confined spaces, climbing ladders; exposure to smells associated with sewer and water; exposures to sounds associated with power tools.
