James came out to remove all of our 57 year old copper sewage pipe in the crawl space. He replaced it with 3" PVC pipe and did an excellent job! I was impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing.

Let's face it... You never want to have to call the plumber. But if you need to, it's better if you can call someone friendly who you can trust. That's what I've experienced with these guys each time I've needed them, whether a big or a small job.

Today, they didn't even charge me for my small issue. Instead they just showed me how I can fix it myself. Now I'm back up and running!

He helped me professionally/technically and emotionally (as I was devastated as I’d just moved in to this house with a serious plumbing problem). Gavin Chitwood did an amazing job! He exhausted every option to make sure the toilet was unclogged. He got the pipes cleaned out. Although the issues weren’t resolved, he did everything he could. I now know that I need to get a new toilet. I highly recommend this company! Great customer service!
