Meet Our Customer Care Team Member: Sam

  • Before starting at Hope Plumbing, Sam worked in scheduling at a medical facility. She also helped run a theater company.
  • Her significant other’s name is Chris.
  • Sam has a 130-pound #GermanShephard named Kaylee (named after the Firefly character) and a small calico cat named Aela (named after the Skyrim character).
  • Sam’s favorite thing about Hope Plumbing is shooting nerf guns at technicians and Jack when they walk into the Call Center.
  • Fun fact?! Sam has played the flute since the age of seven. She can also play most woodwind instruments.
