James came out to remove all of our 57 year old copper sewage pipe in the crawl space. He replaced it with 3" PVC pipe and did an excellent job! I was impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing.

Let's face it... You never want to have to call the plumber. But if you need to, it's better if you can call someone friendly who you can trust. That's what I've experienced with these guys each time I've needed them, whether a big or a small job.

Today, they didn't even charge me for my small issue. Instead they just showed me how I can fix it myself. Now I'm back up and running!

Grant Gott of Hope Plumbing was an exceptional technician. He helped me professionally/technically and emotionally (as I was devastated as I’d just moved in to this house with a serious plumbing problem). He even looked around at other problems I might have as a new homeowner as we waited for additional technicians late at night to respond to the damage. I will use Hope and ask for Grant specifically again if I ever have another problem. Grant was absolutely amazing and I’m so grateful I got to work with him. Gavin Chitwood did an amazing job! He exhausted every option to make sure the toilet was unclogged. He got the pipes cleaned out. Although the issues weren’t resolved, he did everything he could. I now know that I need to get a new toilet. I highly recommend this company! Great customer service!
